Located in Smyrna, GA, the HIV Elimination Program is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals living with HIV who are uninsured and underserved. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive system of HIV care that includes crucial services such as HIV medical case management, medical nutrition therapy, and access to medical, dental, and mental health care. We also offer outpatient substance abuse services, supportive services, legal advocacy, and nutritious food to meet the basic needs of our clients. By addressing the multifaceted challenges faced by our community members, we strive to ensure that everyone has access to the critical medical assistance they require.
