Funds can be utilized for a range of travel-related expenses, including airfare, train tickets, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and co-pays for medical visits or tests not covered by insurance. To further enhance support, grantees are allowed to travel with a companion, ensuring they have the care and comfort they need on their journey to better health.
