Free Medical Care is a compassionate, faith-based health clinic located in Stockbridge, GA, dedicated to providing essential medical services to individuals without insurance and those who are unable to afford care. Our comprehensive offerings include primary care, wellness checks, diabetes testing and management, cholesterol testing and management, treatment for acute infections, individual counseling, and spiritual guidance, all aimed at promoting healthier lifestyles. We welcome new patients to our New Patient Orientation, held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m., where attendees will learn about our services and how to access the care they need. Serving communities across 34 counties and 31 cities throughout middle Georgia, we are committed to ensuring everyone has access to the necessary medical support and guidance they deserve.
