Located in Stone Mountain, GA, Teen Parent Connection (TPC) is dedicated to empowering teen mothers and fathers in foster care with the essential support and resources they need to thrive as both adults and parents. Our comprehensive program offers valuable services such as education and training, food assistance to meet basic nutritional needs, clothing, baby essentials, and transportation to ensure accessibility for teen parents and their children. Through our group classes, participants receive guidance on critical topics including advocacy, parenting education, nutrition, developmental milestones, and positive discipline.
