Located in Stone Mountain, GA, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to personalized weight management options tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. Veterans can also leverage the MOVE! Coach mobile app to manage their weight independently, as well as access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who have faced ongoing challenges.
