Located in Suwanee, GA, Harvest Gwinnett is dedicated to enhancing food assistance access and fostering community engagement to promote better health outcomes. In response to the urgent need for access to fresh foods in Gwinnett, we collaborate with local partners to bridge the meal gap through initiatives such as community gardens, nutrition education, and food distributions. Our active Live Healthy Gwinnett program features nine community gardens across the region, including those in Dacula, Sugar Hill, Norcross, and more, providing vital spaces for residents to cultivate fresh produce.
