Located in Tifton, GA, the Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program is designed to support individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, free, and accessible initiative over a 12-month period. Our program offers participants valuable resources including six informative e-booklets tailored to their unique needs, a monthly e-newsletter packed with seasonal tips and local community event information available in both English and Spanish. By providing a platform for ongoing learning, we invite participants to join our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can engage with ADA professionals to address their diabetes-related inquiries, explore the crucial connection between diabetes and heart health, and receive helpful giveaways to enhance their journey with diabetes management. Together, we empower individuals to take charge of their health and thrive.
