Located in Toccoa, GA, the Family Support Program is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals aged three and up who are diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, or Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our mission is to promote family unity by providing essential resources and support tailored to meet the unique needs of each family. We offer a comprehensive range of services including specialized medical and therapeutic supplies, recreational activities, environmental modifications, and various therapeutic services such as occupational and physical therapy. Additionally, we provide counseling, training for parents and families, and critical respite care options. While we focus on serving families in home and community-based settings, please note that we are unable to cover services typically reimbursed through Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance. Our goal is to empower families in Toccoa by ensuring they have access to the vital supports they need to thrive together.
