At the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Toccoa, GA, we inspire and equip passionate individuals to become advocates for an equitable food system that promotes social, environmental, and economic justice. Our program is dedicated to providing accessibility through a tuition-free model, allowing Fellows to immerse themselves in high-quality organic food system education. During a transformative six-month residency at our Allegheny Farm Campus, selected Fellows engage in hands-on learning experiences, cultivating diversified crops, managing community gardens, and implementing innovative health care education. After this enriching period, they embark on a Community Action Year, collaborating with local non-profit organizations to apply their knowledge where it matters most. Through nurturing food literacy and supporting farmers markets, our Fellowship empowers the next generation of leaders committed to enhancing food access and sustainability within their communities.
