MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Union City, GA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and personalized care. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and provide access to tailored weight management services. We offer a range of options to meet individual needs, including engaging group sessions, supportive telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those preferring a self-managed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide medical weight loss options, including medications and bariatric surgery, for Veterans who continue to face challenges after initial intervention.
