Project HEAL Valdosta, GA

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Valdosta, GA, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal assistance for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers free, live, and virtual group meal sessions, creating a supportive environment where participants can gather to share a meal while receiving essential nutritional guidance and encouragement. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can easily find a time that fits into their schedule. Each meal support session is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring participants receive knowledgeable support. While we focus on meal support and recovery, we encourage anyone in crisis to reach out to appropriate resources for immediate help.
