About Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Woodstock, GA, empowers individuals to advocate for a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. We offer a comprehensive, tuition-free program that includes hands-on education in organic food systems, equipping our Fellows with the skills to lead community initiatives such as growing diversified crops on market-style farms, implementing health education sessions, maintaining community gardens, and fostering food literacy in schools. Through collaboration with regional non-profit organizations, our Fellows engage in a six-month experiential training at our campus, followed by a Community Action Year that deepens their impact. Applications are accepted until March each year, with the fellowship experience taking place from May to October, creating pathways for sustainable food practices and healthier communities.
