This free, bilingual program offers a comprehensive 12-month journey toward effective diabetes management, including six informative e-booklets tailored to support participants at their unique stages post-diagnosis. Each month, participants receive a helpful e-newsletter packed with seasonal tips and resources in both English and Spanish, alongside information on local community events. Enrollees are also invited to join our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they can directly engage with ADA specialists, ask pressing diabetes-related questions, explore the connection between diabetes and heart health, and receive giveaways that empower them to thrive.
