At the Basic Needs Pantry Project in Star, ID, we are dedicated to supporting the youth in our local school district by ensuring they have access to essential resources. Our initiative is designed for social workers, teachers, Community School Coordinators, and school administrative staff in the Treasure Valley region to assist students in need. We provide vital food assistance through shelf-stable foods like canned goods and granola bars, as well as hygiene kits that include a one-month supply of essential personal care items. By focusing on these basic needs, we aim to empower students and promote their well-being, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
