We understand the challenges faced during this difficult journey, which is why we offer a financial grant of $200, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help ease the burden. Our program also includes psycho-social counseling from a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling sessions over the phone to empower patients and their families with vital information and support. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of their patients, and we process requests in the order they are received, with grants subject to available funding.
