Our Family Support team offers essential resources and compassionate guidance right when it is needed most, ensuring families have access to accurate information and comprehensive assistance during the diagnosis process. Our program includes parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management support, and help navigating Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) applications and appeals.
