Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Barrington, IL

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Barrington, IL, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and up who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a welcoming and safe environment for participants to gather and engage with nutrition together. Held four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—these sessions allow individuals to attend based on their personal schedules and needs. Each meal support session is facilitated by nutrition practitioners currently training in the Clinician’s Incubator program, ensuring expert guidance while they work toward their CNS certification. While we focus on creating supportive and informative meal experiences, we encourage anyone in crisis to seek immediate assistance through designated emergency channels.
