Located in Bartlett, IL, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer through essential financial assistance and compassionate care. Our program offers a specially designed financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card, ensuring that patients can focus on their health without the added stress of immediate financial burdens. We also provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions via phone with a licensed clinical social worker, as well as genetic counseling sessions to guide patients through their journey. To apply, we encourage healthcare providers—physicians, nurses, and social workers—to submit applications directly to OvarCare.
