This free, comprehensive program spans 12 months and is available in both English and Spanish, providing vital resources for effective diabetes management. Participants receive six informative e-booklets designed to address their specific needs post-diagnosis, along with a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local community event information. Moreover, enrollees who share their phone numbers are invited to engage in our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A sessions, where they can directly connect with American Diabetes Association experts, discuss diabetes and heart health, and benefit from helpful giveaways.
