MOVE! Weight Management Program in Belleville, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, connecting them with personalized weight management options tailored to their individual needs and preferences. MOVE! offers a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to assist in weight management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who require further assistance after initial programs.
