The Meal Support Program in Belvidere, IL, proudly offers free and accessible meal support tailored specifically for individuals aged 16 and above who are in outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program creates a welcoming and safe virtual environment where participants can engage in live, facilitated group meals. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner times, members can join as frequently as their schedules allow to receive nutrition guidance and emotional support from experienced nutrition practitioners. While we emphasize recovery and community at every meal, please note that we are not a crisis intervention service.
