Located in Bolingbrook, IL, our Short-term Rehabilitation program is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive rehabilitative and nursing care for individuals facing mobility challenges. We strive to empower our short-term residents to enhance their mobility and reclaim their independence through a variety of services including skilled nursing, medical care, and specialized therapies such as physical, speech, and occupational therapy. Additionally, we support patients with pain management, stroke and brain injury rehabilitation, diabetes education and management, intravenous and nutritional therapy, and advanced wound care. With acceptance of Medicare and Medicaid, we are here to ensure that exceptional rehabilitation care is accessible to those in need.
