The Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology (AYA) Program in Buffalo Grove, IL, is dedicated to supporting young cancer survivors aged 15 to 39 as they navigate the challenges of their journey. Our program integrates a multidisciplinary team of expert clinicians and clinical researchers with the exceptional resources of Chicago's Lurie Cancer Center to provide personalized care tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Our comprehensive services include psychosocial support, fertility counseling, health insurance and financial guidance, as well as surveillance and survivorship care. We also offer access to clinical trials, specialty cancer programs, and palliative care, ensuring that each patient receives the appropriate level of support. In collaboration with various support centers, we create spaces for learning, discussion, and fellowship, while also providing medically necessary care at free or discounted rates when needed.
