At Northwest Compass in Burbank, IL, we believe everyone deserves a place to call home. Our Youth HYPE Housing Program is dedicated to empowering young adults aged 18-24 who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability. We provide a comprehensive range of services, including a walk-in entry point center that connects individuals to vital resources and support for preventing homelessness, such as limited financial assistance and advocacy against eviction. Our dedicated team offers money management counseling, education, and career coaching to help clients become job-ready. We also facilitate applications for SNAP and Medicaid, and operate a food pantry available monthly to residents in need. Our compassionate staff treats every individual with respect and understanding, committed to transforming crises into opportunities and fostering a sense of community. All services are offered free of charge to residents in the Northwest Suburbs of Cook County, and food donations are greatly appreciated to help sustain our mission.
