Producemobile is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity in Calumet City, IL by providing vital food assistance through the distribution of fresh produce. Each month, we offer 15-25 pounds of nutritious fruits and vegetables per person, along with some essential household cleaning and personal hygiene items. Our commitment to community health is reflected in our distribution process, which takes place outdoors on the second Tuesday of each month, from 9:30 to 11:30 AM. We welcome community members to join us; just bring your wheeled carts or sturdy bags to carry the fresh supplies home. In alignment with safety protocols, masks are required while waiting in line. With ample free parking and accessible public transportation, we strive to ensure that everyone can access the resources they need to support their families and promote well-being in our community.
