Located in Carol Stream, IL, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management. Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities annually for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of support options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges despite utilizing our program.
