Located in Chicago, IL, the Share Food Share Love Food Pantry is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity by providing essential food assistance to individuals and families in need. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to quality nutrition, especially during challenging times like the COVID pandemic. We serve our community by offering a welcoming environment where individuals can receive emergency food without the burden of income verification. Open for food distribution on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., our pantry invites anyone needing assistance to complete a simple registration process upon arrival. Proof of residency is required, and clients may receive food once each calendar month. We also extend our support to those outside our immediate service area on a one-time basis, ensuring that during times of need, no one goes hungry in Chicago.
