Life can throw many different curve balls, often leaving us confused, angry, frustrated, depressed, or a host of many other emotions. We can get so consumed with our challenges that we develop maladaptive behaviors which can negatively impact different areas of our lives. I'm here to help you develop the necessary skills to be your best self. I have over 14 years experience providing counseling and therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals with tools to increase their level of functioning, while building self-sufficiency and resiliency. No matter what you're going through, things CAN get better and I will help you "see the light at the end of the tunnel". At times we explore the problem and others we'll look for the solution. How we move forward is based on where you are and what you need. I gently challenge my clients to think about what they can change to improve their situation. Then, together, we make an action plan that you feel is realistic and feasible. I look forward to working with you to make positive change in your life.
