At the Youth HYPE Housing Program in Cicero, IL, we believe that everyone deserves a place to call home. Our mission is to empower young adults aged 18-24 by providing them with the tools and resources necessary to manage their housing situations effectively. We serve as a vital entry point for housing assistance, connecting residents to essential resources and support systems through our partnership with The Alliance to End Homelessness in the Suburban Cook County. Our program offers limited financial assistance for homelessness prevention, education and advocacy for those facing eviction or foreclosure, and money management counseling to help clients take control of their finances. In addition, we provide career coaching to guide young adults on their path to becoming job ready and achieving sustainable employment. We also host a food pantry and assist with SNAP and Medicaid applications, ensuring our clients have access to nutritious food resources. At Youth HYPE, we are dedicated to treating everyone with respect and compassion, transforming crises into opportunities through our comprehensive services, all offered free of charge to the community.
