Located in Crystal Lake, IL, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to empowering women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential support during their journey. Our mission is to alleviate some of the financial burdens faced by these resilient individuals through a tailored financial assistance package that includes a $200 grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card. In addition to financial help, we offer valuable resources such as psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling via phone with certified genetic counselors. We welcome applications from patients, and we encourage healthcare providers to submit them on behalf of those in need. Our application process is straightforward, and grants are allocated based on available funding, ensuring that we can continue to support our community of fighters in their time of need.
