The Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) is dedicated to delivering essential USDA foods to low-income households, with a particular focus on the elderly, Native American families, and those living on Indian reservations in Dekalb, IL. Our mission is to combat food insecurity by providing emergency food assistance alongside nutrition education, ensuring that our clients not only receive food but also gain knowledge about healthy eating habits. We invite eligible individuals and families to apply through their Indian Tribal Organization or State Distributing Agency and take a step towards better health and well-being through our supportive services.
