The Meal Support Program in Dekalb, IL offers compassionate, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program features virtual group meal sessions that foster a safe and welcoming environment, where participants can share the experience of eating together while receiving essential nutritional guidance. With four scheduled sessions daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, participants can choose a time that fits their routine, allowing for flexibility and ease in accessing support. Each session is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program who are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring participants receive informed and empathetic care.
