Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors in Des Plaines, IL, and surrounding areas by providing six complimentary wellness kits every two months to those facing financial difficulties. We prioritize individuals from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds and those living in underserved rural communities. Each wellness kit is thoughtfully curated to include essential items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, sleep masks, and more resources designed to enhance well-being during the recovery journey. Our mission is to ensure that every cancer survivor has access to the care and support they need, regardless of their circumstances.
