At Northwest Compass' Youth HYPE Housing Program in Des Plaines, IL, we believe that everyone deserves a place to call home. Our dedicated team supports young adults aged 18-24 who are facing the challenges of housing instability by empowering them to actively manage their housing situations. Through our Walk-In Entry Point Center, we connect individuals with essential resources to tackle homelessness and eviction. We offer limited financial assistance for homeless prevention, expert education on money management, and tailored career coaching to help our clients become job-ready. Our partnership with the Greater Chicago Food Depository ensures that we can provide ongoing food assistance, including a monthly food pantry for local residents, with registration required. Every service we provide is free of charge because we understand the urgency and sensitivity of housing crises.
