The Meal Support Program in East Saint Louis, IL, provides free and accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating recovery from eating disorders. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy meals together while receiving essential nutritional support. With four daily sessions tailored for lunch and dinner, participants have the flexibility to join as many times as needed to fit their schedules. Each session is expertly facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are dedicated to guiding individuals on their recovery journey.
