MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Elgin, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to tailored weight management solutions that cater to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of services including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who desire self-guided management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have faced challenges despite participating in our program.
