We are a walk-in entry point center and collaborate with The Alliance to End Homelessness in Suburban Cook County to connect residents to vital resources. Our program includes limited financial assistance for homeless prevention, education on eviction and foreclosure support, money management counseling, and personalized career coaching to prepare clients for successful employment. Additionally, we assist with SNAP and Medicaid applications and provide a food pantry accessible to all residents, ensuring that no one faces food insecurity alone.
