Our Family Support team is committed to offering accurate information and comprehensive assistance right from the moment of diagnosis. We deliver a variety of services including information and support, parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management support, and guidance with Medicaid applications, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
