MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Freeport, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen all Veterans residing in our care facilities for obesity and to connect them with tailored weight management solutions that suit their individual needs. We offer a diverse range of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a more autonomous approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. In addition, we provide options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may need further assistance after trying our programs.
