Youth HYPE Housing Program in Harvey, IL is dedicated to ensuring that every individual has a safe place to call home. Our mission is to empower young adults aged 18-24 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness by providing them with essential resources and support. Through our Walk-In Entry Point Center, we connect clients to vital services in collaboration with The Alliance to End Homelessness in the Suburban Cook County. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including limited homeless prevention financial assistance, education and advocacy for those facing eviction, and personalized money management counseling. Our career coaching prepares clients to enter the workforce and gain sustainable employment. Additionally, we partner with the Greater Chicago Food Depository to provide food pantry access and assist with SNAP and Medicaid applications. At Youth HYPE, we recognize the emotional impact of housing instability and are committed to treating every client with the utmost respect and compassion, dedicated to transforming crises into opportunities for a better future. Our services are available free of charge to all residents, and donations are always welcome to help us continue this important work.
