Located in Highland Park, IL, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals with dysphagia in need. We focus on supplying critical resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
