Pediatrics and Adolescent Health proudly serves the Hoffman Estates community by delivering comprehensive primary care to infants, children, and adolescents up to 17 years old. Our compassionate and culturally sensitive approach ensures that every patient receives personalized services, including wellness and sick visits, immunizations, school and sports physicals, and developmental screenings. We specialize in caring for children with special needs and focus on the prevention, early detection, and management of chronic diseases. Our team is dedicated to health education and nutrition counseling and coordinates care with access to essential services like counseling, speech, and occupational therapies. For our adolescent patients, we provide critical family planning services, pregnancy tests at no cost, as well as screenings and treatments for sexually transmitted infections (STIs). To make care accessible, we accept Medicaid and offer a sliding scale fee for uninsured or underinsured families qualifying based on income, ensuring that all children in our community have the opportunity to achieve their best health.
