The Meal Support Program in Lake In The Hills, IL, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Our unique approach involves live, facilitated, virtual group meals that create a welcoming and supportive environment for participants to enjoy nutrition while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners enrolled in the Clinician’s Incubator program. Available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, individuals can join as often as their schedule allows once they are approved. Please note that while we prioritize support and community during meal times, we are not equipped for emergency or crisis situations.
