This free program, available in both English and Spanish, offers essential resources including six comprehensive e-booklets tailored to individual learning needs, a monthly e-newsletter packed with seasonal tips, and insights into local community events. Participants can also engage directly with experts during our monthly Q&A sessions, where they can ask questions about diabetes management and discover vital information about the connection between diabetes and heart health.
