Located in Lombard, IL, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring access to tailored treatment options that meet individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of resources, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for convenient in-home support. Our MOVE! Coach mobile app is ideal for those who prefer self-management. For Veterans facing persistent weight challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
