At Northwest Compass’ Youth HYPE Housing Program in Niles, IL, we believe that everyone deserves a safe place to call home. Our dedicated team empowers young individuals aged 18-24 to actively manage their housing situations and navigate the path to stability. We provide a range of essential services, including access to our Walk-In Entry Point Center which connects individuals to vital resources for preventing homelessness, as part of our collaboration with The Alliance to End Homelessness in Suburban Cook County. Our program offers specialized support for youth experiencing homelessness, limited financial assistance for those facing eviction or foreclosure, and education on financial management to help regain control over their lives. In addition, we offer career coaching to enhance job readiness and employment opportunities, as well as assistance with SNAP and Medicaid applications. Our community food pantry is available monthly to all residents, requiring only registration to access. At Northwest Compass, we treat everyone with dignity and respect, transforming crises into opportunities and providing vital support to our neighbors in the Northwest Suburbs of Cook County. Food donations are always welcomed to help sustain our mission.
