MOVE! Weight Management Program in Northbrook, IL is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and given access to tailored treatment options that meet their individual needs and preferences.
