Our mission is to empower young adults aged 18-24 who are facing housing insecurity by providing essential resources and compassionate support. Through our Walk-In Entry Point Center, we connect clients to vital services that include homelessness prevention financial assistance, education for residents confronting eviction or foreclosure, and personalized money management counseling. Our dedicated team also offers career coaching to assist clients in becoming job-ready and gaining employment. In alignment with our commitment to holistic support, we help individuals navigate the SNAP and Medicaid application processes and maintain a food pantry available to all local residents, requiring prior registration. With a focus on treating everyone with dignity and respect, we strive to transform crises into opportunities each day. All services are free of charge, and community involvement is valued, as donations of food and resources can significantly enhance the lives of those we serve.
