MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in O'Fallon, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and lives of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity, and we provide personalized referrals to a wide array of weight management options tailored to individual needs and preferences. Participants can choose from group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! in-home messaging service, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing significant weight challenges, we also offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery, ensuring comprehensive support on their health journey.
