The Selma Schimmel Vital Grant in Oak Lawn, IL, is dedicated to supporting individuals confronting significant financial challenges as a result of chronic, terminal, or rare conditions, including cancer and Parkinson’s disease. Our program offers essential utility assistance and grocery assistance to help alleviate some of the burden during these difficult times. While the grant is designed to cover either utilities or groceries, we also collaborate with Vital Options International (VOI) and other community organizations to provide comprehensive support beyond our direct services.
